And verily, you'll find them the greediest of mankind for life. كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْقِتَالُ وَهُوَ كُرْهٌ لَّكُمْ وَعَسَى أَن تَكْرَهُواْ شَيْئًا وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَعَسَى أَن تُحِبُّواْ شَيْئًا وَهُوَ شَرٌّ لَّكُمْ وَاللّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنتُمْ لاَ تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٢١٦﴾ two/Al-Baqarah-216: Kutiba aalaykumul kitealu va huva kurhun lakum, va aasea an takraahoo shay’an va huva haayrun lakum, va aasea an tuhıbboo shay’an va huva sharrun lakum vaalleahu yaa’lamu va antum lea taa’lamoon(taa’lamoona).

2:261 مَثَلُ الَّذِينَ يُنْفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ كَمَثَلِ حَبَّةٍ أَنْبَتَتْ سَبْعَ سَنَابِلَ فِي كُلِّ سُنْبُلَةٍ مِائَةُ حَبَّةٍ ۗ وَاللَّهُ يُضَاعِفُ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ The instance of those who commit their prosperity in how of Allah is sort of a seed [of grain] which grows 7 spikes; in Every single spike is a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies [His reward] for whom He wills. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Figuring out.
2:ninety بِئْسَمَا اشْتَرَوْا بِهِ أَنْفُسَهُمْ أَنْ يَكْفُرُوا بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ بَغْيًا أَنْ يُنَزِّلَ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ عَلَىٰ مَنْ يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ ۖ فَبَاءُوا بِغَضَبٍ عَلَىٰ غَضَبٍ ۚ وَلِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابٌ مُهِينٌ How wretched is that for which they offered them selves - that they more info might disbelieve in what Allah has uncovered by means of [their] outrage that Allah would deliver down His favor upon whom He wills from among the His servants.
